It didn’t work, it still freezes at the same point

I can continue the game by clicking the dribble option now but the screen is still frozen.

Hey, sorry, I was testing with the bot.
I have the same bug as the person above. The game freezes in the tutorial. The problem clearly comes from the graphic card, because I have the same bug as the person above. Enabling accurate multiplication after deleting the opengl folder doesn’t change anything. I also downloaded the latest drivers for the graphics card, but nothing changes.
I’ll give you the log again.
Anyone have an idea?

GPU Driver Version: Build 20.19.15.4549

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.40.45.5126.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29474/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=75105
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29474/a08/win64_15.40.45.5126.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Since you have an old GPU, you might need to turn off Disk Shader Cache and Accurate Multiplication(it is in the Advanced tab).

I forgot to put the log in which the drivers are updated, sorry
But it works by deactivating what you said, thank you very much !!

So i’ve tried everything, and it’s still not working. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling my graphic thing and it still freezes at this same spot. Is there anything else I can do apart from getting a better laptop since I don’t really have the funds for it rn.

Intel HD 4400 & 4600 have driver bugs and for some games it needed the “AMD hack” which was last seen for Intel GPUs back on Nightly 860: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-860

If it works, try again but on 861 so we know it is because of that change: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-861

Alternatively you can try turn off Hardware Shader.

Alright thanks, from the first link you posted what should I download and how do I use it?
