With Joy-Cons paired and selected, go to Emulation > Confugure > Controls > Advanced, and enable Infrared Camera.
i using regular version of citra nightly 2005 there is no advanced. and this infrered receiver are allow using 1 device then i change the console id

Due to the fact I help on Yuzu (a switch emulator) not the older 3ds sister emulator that is Citra.
This currently isn’t possible yet, as far as I’m aware.
