I tried everything I researched on how to evolve inkay however the clicking method does not work, i even bought a mouse to try it but still nothing.

The issue is that making the “flipping movement” of the 3ds is not possible on the emulator, i tried the right click thing like 1 million times

You don’t right “click”. You hold down the right mouse button. If you let go, the “3DS” returns to its default position.

Get Inkay to at least level 30. Right before leveling it up again, move your mouse cursor down to the bottom of your Citra window and then hold down your right-mouse button. Keep holding down your right mouse button and move it to the top of your Citra Window. This should emulate the 3DS being upside down (the requirement for it’s evolution). Keep holding down your right mouse button while you’re leveling up Inkay. It should evolve right after.
