Instant citra crash mac

Issue:
Whenever I try to open a game, it instantly quits. At first it was just my ACNL game, which I stopped under ‘emulation - stop’ but now it’s all of my games. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling citra to no avail.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

^that didn’t do anything, apparently it’s also not compatible with Mac :frowning:

try disabling the disk shader cache to see if that fixes the issue

Can the both of you please turn disc cached shaders back on, attempt to run a game until ti crashes/fails to load/whatever, and then upload a log for us (before you boot citra again)? This would be helpful in getting us to check where the problems exist.

when i turned it back on while playing, it worked fine, but when i tried to load another game after saving, it crashed again. i tried opening it again while the disk shader cache was still on, but it crashed once more.

Citra/Preferences/Graphics/Utilities and uncheck the disk shader cache box.

new canary build 1546 disabled the disk shader cache if hardware shaders is disabled.

So my disk shader cache is off yet I still experience the crashes like every 3-4 minutes. I don’t know how to upload a log but it’s crazy how bad it is
