Is there a way to put the 3ds home menu on citra?

I heard that there was a way to put the 3ds home menu in the citra program from some person on YouTube, but I never got it to work. Is there a way to?

You can dump the home menu like any other system application. However, whilst Citra can launch the home menu, launching anything from it will result in a crash.
