Issue with graphics and running games (gpu may not support OPENGL4. 3)

So I just tried to install citra and run a game but I keep getting two message. One was something about the vulkan failing and I can’t remember the exact message and the other is a message your gpu may not support OPENGL4. 3

I know my laptop doesn’t have the best graphics but I saw a post from someone else discussing this issue and saying there was an older version of citra that could work but I’m not very tech savy and couldn’t figure out what to do from the link since it was a bunch of files. I don’t know what I’m doing with a lot of this stuff so I’m a bit clueless.
I’ll list some of my computer info below, I’m not entirely sure how to find my graphics info:

Any help is appreciated. My laptop might just not be able to handle it, I need to upgrade soon anyways.
