Issue with obtaining my token

Issue: I’ve read a few other posts with token troubles and nothing is working for me. I just set up my account, activated it and done everything I can so far. I have tried:

  • This link https://services.citra-emu.org/profile/, comes up with “User profile error. Please login to the community forums and then refresh this page.”
  • This link https://profile.citra-emu.org/, comes up with “User profile error. Please login to the community forums and then refresh this page.”
  • Logging in and out of my account multiple times and clicking on my profile.
  • Refreshing the page.

I really want to play ACNL with my friends but I’m unable to since I can’t get my token. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The second link should be correct, worked for me. Do you have cookies disabled in your browser by chance? Or any plugins (noscript, ghostery, adblockers, etc) that might interefere with the webpages proper function?

Also, where did you find the first link, as it’s very outdated and no longer correct. We want to ensure we don’t have the wrong one stored on any instruction pages.

I have AdBlock but I disabled it and tried the second link again, however the same message pops up.

I found the first link in another topic involving tokens, I can’t remember which one since I read a few.

Alright, after looking at the backend, there’s a server issue with you specifically, one of our administrators will attempt to deal with it later today. In the meantime, you do not need a token to join an existing public lobby, only to host your own.
