When I try to run the game, the interface appears but it does not respond, and it tells me that the application does not run it.

Sorry but helpers need your log, Please go to %appdata%/Citra/log in Win+R Dialog or type that in explorer’s search bar then upload your biggest log, you might try reinstalling citra by deleting everything that’s from citra including your copy of citra, this might help

That is a problem, the document you are requesting does not contain anything, apart from that it won’t let me upload it because it weighs 0KB
This is usually caused by AMD shenanigans, try updating your AMD drivers and try again.
