some friends and me are trying but when the Battle its charging it stop, we dont know if its impossible or we have to do something to play thats we didnt do

That may be a connection issue. The 3DS does not expect much latency when it comes to local wireless multiplayer, since it expects all the 3DS consoles to be in close proximity to one another. So if even one of your has a wonky connection, the battle will get cancelled.
