Im trying to actually play Kirby: Robobot. A while ago it was playing with a black screen but, sound playing, but now its just a black screen. Whats going on??

Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
Most likely it is the Radeon GPU that is causing issues There is nothing you can do about it (except buying a new computer, preferably a Windows machine with Nvidia for better performance).
If you ever sit on even a budget PC with like Ryzen 3 3100 or 3300X with any Nvidia graphics card you might go “wow! this is so much faster than my Mac!”
If you have iMac money, you definitely will have gaming PC money. (Apple does charge a heavy premium for their brand and not necessarily the specs). But if you need a Mac for work then that is another story, though it depends on what - perhaps it can be done equally on a PC.
