Loading Shaders takes a very long time for specific ROMs

Issue:
Everytime I open Tomodachi Life on Citra Nightly or Canary, it takes about 10 minutes to load shaders, and when it is nearly done it just crashes. I’ve been playing it for a week and it was working fine but gradually the speed of loading shaders increases the more I play it.
Is there anyway to fix it?

GPU Driver Version: 20.19.15.4531

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.40.5171.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30196/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/30196/a08/win64_15.40.5171.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

See if that fixes it, the bug with Disk Shader Cache should already have been fixed.

Make sure you are not loading any save state, load the game normally. You can make new save states after that.
