Local Multiplayer for Citra not Working

Issue:
So me and my sister both are sitting together with the same WiFi but different PCs and with different Username and Token.
My Username - Viraj
Sister Username - SugarBlossom24
The Issue is written in the screenshot, can’t understand what is the problem. Please help!!

Diagnostic Log

In order to connect to a room, the host of the room needs to have set up port forwarding in their router. If they haven’t yet done so, you will get the error message you just got. As for how to do so, it’s different for every router. You or your sister (depending on who’s the host) will have to look up how to do so for their router model.

And how do u set that up??? Does it have to do something with the internet router like TP-link or D-link router??
