Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.

In order to save a copy of the log, follow this guide:

Go to Emulation > Configure > General > Debug and change ‘Global Log Filter’ from *:Critical to *:Info, run the game and upload your log again.

Download and install the latest driver available for your GPU from nvidia’s website.

i already have the last driver available for my pc

Did you download and install from nvidia’s website? because based on your last log your driver was very much outdated (2015) and there is definitely updated drivers for the GeForce 840M.

Yes, i tried a lot but all newer official versions are not compatible with my laptop

this is problematic then, citra requires that the most updated drivers available for your GPU to be installed, and it is known to work incorrectly (if at all) if you have outdated drivers. you must first try to install the latest driver available for your GPU.

You can find many support forums or even find how to fix this issue by doing a search of your notebook model, etc.
