Issue:
The issue happened in real time mode to do save and go to skip mode ( it will do save before go to skip mode) and stuck in saving status.
But it not happen in first 100 days.

I have a feeling this is a Citra bug. To be clear, is the game crashing (everything stops) or softlocking (audio is still playing, maybe on-screen animations are still going.)?
No.
The saving circle is running.
And audio is still playing.
Just like no response.
By the way,the data is successful be saved.
But the issue cause that I can’t do anything in game.
this problem still persists with Nightly 1708 and Canary 1970. Is there any chance that somebody could take a look into this?
What is interesting about it: When you manually start the process of exporting the save-data to the SD card (you can do it manually from the options menu of the game) this process works flawlessly.
But when you save the game from within the game, or you try to enter the other game mode from within the game (the so called “skip mode”) which also forces the save process we get the hang of the game. The last two log entries are:

The game seems to be stuck, the music plays on and the save circle keeps running, but the game goes nowhere…
It would be awesome if anybody could take a look into that.
