In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
Go to Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab and enable Hardware Renderer, Hardware Shaders and Shader JIT.
Not sure why you turned these options off in the first place. Turning off Hardware Renderer specifically means that Citra will run in Software Renderer (which is really accurate but also extremely slow).
Perhaps there is an issue with the regular installation of Citra. Try setting up a portable Citra build:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20210306-8e3c767.7z (direct link) from Release nightly-1696 · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user. Now run citra-qt.exe from the nightly-mingw folder and run your game.
If you’re still experiencing the same issues after this, please upload a log file using the portable Citra version. (you can upload directly to the forums by drag-and-dropping the file you want to upload into the text box).
