Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.

Try disabling Hardware Shaders in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab.

Your APU is rather weak to begin with, so it might just not be powerful enough to run Citra at acceptable levels. The last thing you could do is making sure that your laptop is plugged into power. Since it’s an APU laptop, it’ll have pretty aggressive downclocks in order to keep battery life high when not connected to power.

Emulation>Configure>Graphics>Advanced.
Try to leave everything there enabled but turn off accurate multiplication.
Emulation>Configure>Audio.
Emulation to HLE (Fast) and output engine to auto. if you change from FAST you get lag in most cases.
Emulation>Configure>Graphics>Enhancements.
Disable Linear filter, set to native resolution 400x240 or don’t go above 1200x720 at least.
Enable Use custom textures, and preload custom textures for later use.

Open Task manager.
right click on citra-qt.exe and go to details, then you see citra highlighted, right click and set priority to above normal or high only. if you have settings like Nvidia control panel does, you can set power mode to adaptive or max performance mode to fully put the GPU to use instead of running it in a power save mode to a degree. for Nvidia its in 3D settings in control panel “power management”. for AMD I’m not too familiar with the flavors of options depending on the version… if it does let you also lock FPS I would lock citra to 60 FPS for sure.
