Majora's Mask 3ds textures problems

The game is having problems to load some textures at a distance only in some places. This problem seems to happen after a couple hours of playing.

Does it still happen without xBRZ texture filtering? Try with it off and play for ~2h and see if the issue pops up again, if not then it could be the filtering?

Yep, that seemed to be the problem, just took away the xBRZ. Thanks!
