Many of games(almost all) pause after 30-40 mins of playtime . the sound continues and I can play too but the screen remains forzen

it is not for a particular game .it happens in most of them

only legend of zelda ocarina of time didnt freeze

Ice Lake CPUs have problematic integrated graphics. See if turning off Hardware Shader in the Advanced graphics settings in Citra configuration prevents the screen freezes.
