Mario 3D Land on Android Stutters

Hello, for the most part this game runs smooth but not great, I’m using a Snapdragon 860 on the latest version.
I built a Shader Cache by playing several hours, but there are still stutters despite low Gpu/Cpu usage at 60 fps. It doesn’t go above 70% Gpu/cpu usage on 2-1 but still stutters runnig at 60 fps on x3 accurate, its playable but not fun due to constant stutters.

Also game runs way faster with the accurate shader multiplication turned on, it goes from around 30 at 3x to 60 at 3x with lower gpu usage, in the settings its says it will cost performance, can anyone explain this?

And whenever I go into a toad house performance goes to unplayable, its not a problem but confusing.
