Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

I also had the same issue!
When i first downloaded it, it was working perfectly fine but now when i try to play it, my whole screen frozes n nothing works for about 1 minute. For some reason, it shows that the compatibility is “Not Tested”, well it was from the time when i downloaded the game. But I found out that on the Citra website, it says “Okay”. Well either this file is not the correct one or idk. So I need ur help
Well, there’s you issue.
Stay away from those shady websites, downloading games is illegal and piracy is not supported by Citra of course.
Just obtain the game legally from the eShop or any retailer (I recommend getting it second hand) and dump it with your 3DS or a friends console. It’s easy and you have a very much higher chance that the game is running just fine in the end.
