Metroid Samus retunr is too low: is it my pc quite good?

Higuys, i downloaded the latest version of Citra night released yesterday. I tried Metroid Samus Return but it is slow, more or less between 15 and 20 fps. Do you think that my pc is enough? This is my pc:

CPU:Intel 1150 i5-4690K overclocked at 4.2Ghz
VGA:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4.0 GB G1 GAMING
RAM: ARES 2x4GB DDR3-2133

That’s normal. Metroid has a bug that also causes the textures to don’t upscale, but a fix is currently in development and won’t just upscale the graphics, but fix the framerate too.
