MGS3 3D mutes itself after a minute

Issue:
I’ve been trying to play MGS3 Snake Eater 3D. It launches and runs fine, but every time, after about a minute or two, the sound disappears. Reloading the game makes the sound reappear, but savestates do nothing. After the sound cuts out, reloading a savestate when there was sound still has sound. I’m using a save I downloaded that has the circle pad pro enabled already, since the game crashes when trying to enable it. Originally I had texture mods and other stuff but I disabled everything and it still happens.
I’ve tried both the Japan and USA versions, I’ve tried messing with the sound settings, the graphics, resolution, the second screen options, playing with and without the 60fps cheats and it still happens. I just managed somehow to get a good few minutes without the glitch, but after I died and reloaded the sound cut out after a couple seconds.

I installed the newest drivers, updated citra, and loaded a savestate but it still happened.
I tried starting a new game, skipped all the cutscenes, and it crashed a few seconds after gameplay started. I started a new game again, and this time it didn’t crash, but it lost sound a couple minutes later during a codec call.
Then I noticed the log file was too big, so I tried to repeat it. The savestate did the same thing (log attached). I started a new game without skipping any cutscenes, and it muted itself after a the first cutscene. The log is 8MB, so I’ll upload it to mediafire and link it below.
Then I started a new game, skipped every cutscene, and killed myself the first chance I got. The sound cut out right after I respawned (log attached)
