Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

The log doesn’t say you started a game so make sure you do these steps:

  1. Open Citra then File->Open Citra Folder then log folder(keep this open in the background).
  2. Start the game and get the crash(don’t reopen Citra or the log gets cleared so you have to do it again).
  3. Reupload the log here.

From what I can tell in your current log, you opened configuration window then closed it :stuck_out_tongue:

Since you have Intel HD 4000 it could be the issue I was able to reproduce on mine but in Kid Icarus: Uprising where it eventually crashed(the driver did). I was able to catch the exception by running Citra through Visual Studio.

ok i will do it but i have to wait till it crashes again

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

The Intel Driver & Support Assistant says that i have my drivers up to date

Hi, sorry for the late answer. Try enable Accurate Multiplication in the Advanced graphics settings in Citra. If you still randomly crash then it’s probably due to the GPU itself

It probably throws the same exception as it does with Kid Icarus: Uprising
