I boot it up, it works normal until a sudden lag spike that drops the speed to around 55 to 65% then it freezes for a short while then becomes normal once again but now the video is frozen but I can still hear the character moving and interacting. Please help, I really want to play this game.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Ignore the bot regarding drivers, it’s a bit dumb when it comes to old GPUs.
Yeah you have a problematic GPU and iirc to solve this issue is to turn off Hardware Shader but you might have slower speed by doing this.
Is there anything I can do? The game doesn’t freeze up on me anymore but now, as you said, is slower.
Not much you can do with a 10 year old computer, sadly (i7-4650U is from 2013)
