MH4U best / most stable settings?

Issue: For the most part visuals are ok, sometimes there’s weird lag / fps drops / stuttering, the thing that bothers me the most is the audio sometimes popping/crackling.

Right now I have settings at: 100% emulation/clock speed, CPU JIT is on, resolution set to 4x, texture filtering at linear (I don’t know what the other filters do if any of them are better?), 3D mode off / depth at 0%, enabled hardware shader / accurate multiplication / enable shader JIT all on, disk shader cache and vsync are on, and audio emulation LLE accurate / output engine auto (again I don’t know what the other engines do or if they are better) / audio stretching on.

I have the cheat running that forces 3D & dithering effects off.
