MH4U Loads to a Black Screen

Issue:
Whenever I try to open MH4U it only loads a black screen with no audio or video.

Are you loading any save state? Try just get to the character selection screen normally if you are.

I’m not loading any states I’m just loading regularly

Try delete the shader cache:

  1. File -> Open Citra Folder
  2. Close Citra
  3. Delete shaders folder
