Mii heads can be fixed by obtaining your system archives from your 3DS. Just follow this guide https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-system-archives-and-the-shared-fonts-from-a-3ds-console

Does Citra generate a log file with Accurate Multiplication disabled? If it does upload that one.
