Minor Tomodachi Life Probs

Issue:
some of the graphics tend to flicker a little, but what bothers me the most is how the dialogue gets cut short whenever residents talk (excluding rap battles and songs). any fixes for these? is it just me?

Didn’t fix it completely but it’s a little better, ty

there is also something else you can try, close citra, open the folder:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\config and open the file qt-config.ini.
Find the lines:
use_format_reinterpret_hack\default=true
use_format_reinterpret_hack=true

Delete the line: use_format_reinterpret_hack\default=true
Change the other line to: use_format_reinterpret_hack=false

save the file and launch citra, see if that has any effect.

I found some issues in that log that need resolving:

nothing changed, still flickering

hey man i lost track of this thread, i looked at your log now and and i see that you are using an outdated driver for your GPU, if possible download and install the latest driver version from your GPU manufacturer website.

Updated drivers, restarted, still flickering. also tried deleting and changing the lines you mentioned before again and still nothing. i uploaded a new log

the update that made Tomodachi Life playable is still on citra canary, before it makes to citra nightly, until then we have to wait until this issue can be address or made known.
