Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate emulation and fps problem

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
Most of the time the fps doesn’t go above 30, no matter what resolution you set it to. There are times that even in some loading screens or animations the emulator closes suddenly, and the only way to prevent that last thing from happening is to change the graphics to OpenGL (the problem with the fps does not improve with the change).

If you have GeForce Experience, turn off Battery Boost. And make sure Power Management Mode in Nvidia Control Panel is set to like Prefer maximum performance.
