Test Steps:
0. create an unlisted room with citra.

  1. Launch Monster Hunter Generations
  2. Click ‘hub’ on the touch screen
  3. Click ‘Multiplayer’ then ‘create hub’ (local play)
  4. Press Confirm

Expected Result:
a hub created

connection lost

You need to create a lobby before launching the game. Also, I might be wrong about this, but I think that MH3U and MH4U might be the only MH games that work with multiplayer.

yes, I had already created a unlisted room with citra before launching the game. but I cannot create a hunter hub in game, always connection lost.
Monster Hunter Generations supports Local Multiplayer, FYI

Yes, all of MH games support local play, but Citra doesn’t support the network mode that is in MHGen and MHXX. Other games that have the issue include Pokemon X/Y, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Triforce Heroes. This issue actually has a bounty on top of it for whoever fixes this issue.
