Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate: Grey stripes on Vulkan API

In most of the areas the game looks normal
When you go into a specific areas of the game there is a bug that leaves grey stripes on the textures.
This bug is really new and came with the new texture cache rewrite update.
Usually it looks like this

this is not worthy to get reportet but it also in the same session in another area it normally looks like this

so this is really gamebreaking because you are not able to see the monsters behind this weird fog

So i hope that this bug gets fixed in the future
im also provide the log from the session i made the screenshots
