Multiplayer Mistake

Issue:
When I want to play Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, with my friend Clear Arrow, we create the room, we have accounts on Citra and tokens as well but when we connect it says "Unable to Connect, and the External Port Forwarded error…

Can you show his port forwarding settings? It’s done in the router.
