My Citra doesn't start on integrated graphics card

Issue: My Citra can not boot, doesnt start,

I tried to open citra-qt.exe many times even when I start in administrator and doesnt respond
When I use my graphic card I dont have problem but a few days ago I can’t start my citra when I’m using Intel HD Graphics, normally I was able to run Citra Canary and Nightly. Help!

P.S: I know I can play with the dedicated card but I want to know about the integrated card. Thanks

  • Game: whatever game, I can’t start Citra

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

I understand bot but the problem is Citra doesn’t launch so I dont know any way to enable Enabling Accurate Multiplication when the citra doesnt start.

Can you check Device Manager for the iGPU and see if the driver version ends in 8336 ? If not, tell me what it is currently.

I found this procesador driver Versión del controlador ( driver version) is 10.0.018362.693 .

Ok, the driver version is fine. I’m not sure why Citra would refuse to open at all with it though :confused: usually the problem is like if you have some specific controllers connected (try unplug any you have) or like antivirus but if it opens with Nvidia then it’s probably not that.

Any reason you want to run with the inferior iGPU?
