My Citra keep showing grey screen

I’ve keep trying to run Pokemon Sun in my citra, but it keep showing this grey screen no matter what.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600)
  • CPU:
  • GPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1753
  • Game: Pokemon Sun

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

Furthermore, because your iGPU has driver bugs, you’ll need to disable Accurate Multiplication in Emulation>Configuratrion>Graphics>Advanced tab to prevent graphical issues from occuring.
