My laptop cant support this?

well when i was adding my game it wont let me it keeps saying an error like opengl 4.3
even when i try to open the game thru citra it still like that

That is correct. They are using an Ivy Bridge iGPU, which means that they are stuck on OpenGL 3.3
However, these iGPU also have driver bugs with Citra’s default V-Sync option. So that needs to be turned off for them to not run into random freezing on that older Citra build (Emulation>Configure>Graphics>Advanced Tab>V-Sync).
