I think the citra group should work at a citra version for x86, because, many people does not have x64, that would support citra if had x86.
long story short the stuff that makes citra play games at reasonable speeds can only run on a 64bit cpu. you can go ahead and compile a 32bit version of citra without all of the stuff if you want but don’t expect anything more than 4 fps on all the games.
people with 32bit should consider an upgrade since 64bit cpus are available on any off the shelf pc that is not from the year 2000 and lower
Along with what @RavenHome said, you may have a 64bit CPU but a 32bit OS which is holding you back (32bit Windows needs to die)
