You’ve already answered why this may be happening. The Randomizer. If it boots without the Randomizer / mods enabled and with fresh save that is way to rule that out. You hit the file limit with yuzu per log

Generally besides that make sure you are using latest gpu driver https://downloadmirror.intel.com/764512/gfx_win_101.2115.exe

so do i need to remove any files?

disabling the mod will be best. If you are going to randomize do small things touching less files until yuzu’s filesystem improves in future with something like Project Gaia (the rewrite for filesystem)
