Let’s see if updating your drivers makes a difference: Download and install igfx_win10_100.8935.exe (direct link) from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29988/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=196451.
Also, please re-enable hardware renderer by going to emulation>configuration>graphics>advanced tab and checking the box.

Please also follow these steps just in case you were running with Accurate Multiplication off while the Disk Shader Cache was on:

  1. Open Citra then go to File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder if it is there.
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

Okay, when i turned on the hardware renderer, it made me open the game. I thought it is okay now, but then when I tried to save it, it suddenly froze. Now, it is not working, it is just black screen when i try to open the game.

Sounds like a corrupted rom or game update, redump both using the guides below. Have at least 2GB free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card:
