First disable GDB Stub (Configure > General > Debug) and enable Accurate Multiplication (Configure > Graphics > Advanced).
Then go to File > Open Citra Folder and delete the shaders folder inside.

In addition to that:

GPU Driver Version: 20.19.15.4390

This driver is outdated, you need to update.
