Are you using any 3rd party GL hook programs, such as Fraps, Dxtory or MSI Afterburner with Citra?

Anyway, this issue is dependent on your GPU, someone posted a issue here about Rune Factory 4 being broken with a old Nvidia GPU. Try changing to the onboard Intel HD 610 graphics and see if anything changes.
