Need help transferring Miis from 3ds to Citra?

Looked up a guide on this forum for this and found one but it says in Checkpoint it should be in extdata archive f000000b but I only see the Streetpass Mii Plaza in the ext data. Yes I went into Mii Maker and re opened and closed it and it said it created extra data. Don’t know where Mii data would be to transfer.
