Need help transferring saves from Citra to 3DS

Issue: Issues using Checkpoint to restore Citra savefile to 3DS:

I’m trying to transfer my Animal Crossing New Leaf savefile from when i played on Citra to my 3DS using Checkpoint, but whenever i boot up the game after restoring the Citra savefile, the game says it’s corrupted, what should i do?

Animal Crossing New Leaf may have additional save files that need to be transfered. Though, I’m not sure myself as it is not a game I’ve played.
