Can any of these laptop’s use Citra (720p+) with little to no lag and good framerates? And which one is best value for money? I am a student, so will also use it at college. And I will not use it for much gaming other than emulator and a few games I can’t get on console, because I prefer gaming on my PS4 and Xbox One X

Btw. Every laptop weights between 2.2kg to 2.7kg, which is okay for me. My last gaming laptop was Lenovo y70-70 which weights 3.4kg, which I thought was a little bit over kill when using it on the road every day, but 2.2 to 2.7kg is okay. I just bought HP Spectre X360, but I miss being able to play games on my computer, so will bring it back to the store.
Lenovo y70-70 had i7-4710HQ with GTX 860M 4GB with 16GB DDR3 ram. And this laptop had a lot of issues when it came to using Citra
