New Super Mario Bros 2 - Unable to connect to the host

I have a problem, when I open the game New Super Mario Bros 2 and I want to play with my friend, opens a window that says the same that the image put.
Please help me, i was having the same problem for 4 days.

The room host will need to manually change their router settings to allow connection to the room. The router’s instruction manual may have information on how to do it.
