No Internet-Connection in Pokemon Ultra Moon

Issue:
(I´m german and play in german) If I want to trade, I have to connect to the Internet. So I enter a room in Citra and then I go to “Connect to the Internet” in the festival plaza. But then nothing happens. So the game does not crash, but also does not connect to the Internet, which is why I always have to close Citra and I have not yet succeeded in establishing a connection.

Connecting to the internet would require access to the Nintendo Network which is not supported on Citra.
The rooms are for local wireless connections that Citra redirects over the internet.
