No Sound in Games?

Issue:
Hi friends! this is my first time using citra, I followed the Citra guide to dump my games via GodMode9, games are running smoothly (except ACNL, but that’s a separate issue). Whenever I load in my other games, there is no sound. When I go to switch the screen layout, I’m able to hear sound for a second and then it stops. When I go into preferences and change the audio device (right now I have it on auto), and I close out, again, I’m able to hear the audio for a couple seconds before it dissapears. Any idea on how to solve this? Thank you so much!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.

Citra has a lot of issues with MacOS 12.4, I would recommend you playing Citra on Big Sur or below.
