Not able to connect to host

Issue:
My connection is stable, but I still can’t seem to connect to the host. This problem happens especially when I want to direct connect by a second user to the room I created with the first one

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

As the error itself says, you are required to set up port forwarding in your router settings. Otherwise others can’t join you. You can host an unlisted room (checkbox when you create a multiplayer room) if you’re just trying to connect using a Citra instance on the same network as you though.

Can you explain that a bit further please? I am German so I’m not sure if I get that right
