Omega Rubin skips frames and is very slow

The title says it all. Which settings can I change to get to 60 frames?

To change the game to 60 fps, you will need to access cheats, you will need to navigate through the file path for Citra to find the cheats folder.

Which version of Citra would this be? Nightly? Canary?

Sorry, i might have miss read the post, as they asked how to change the game to 60 frames in the post and i was simply informing them how to change the fps to 60. Sorry for any confusion
