Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
Save states end up breaking after a certain amount of time, or after certain Citra updates. Thus, you should be using your in-game save files most of all for recording your progress. This prevents you from losing all your progress after some time. Save states are only meant to be used within single gaming sessions, not beyond them.
Since you already found a build the save state loads on. I recommend you to use that build to load your latest save state, then save in-game. After that, you can load your in-game save file on the latest Citra version. That way you can stay up to date.
