Then you haven’t checked all topics with that error. The vast majority of people getting this error do actually have hardware that doesn’t support OpenGL 3.3, and thus cannot run Citra. However, there are some that have hardware that supports OpenGL 3.3, but don’t have the correct GPU drivers installed/plugged their monitor into the wrong display port on your computer (in case of desktops).
In any case since Citra used to work on your PC, we can safely rule out outdated hardware. Just in case, if you’re on a desktop, make sure that your monitor is plugged into your GPU, not your motherboard:
